Pre-school Tumbling (Ages 3-4)
For our little ones. This is an interactive class, with music games and obstacle courses. Children will begin learing proper basic stretching and begging tumbling such as forward rolls, cartwheels, and round offs.
Beginning Tumbling (Ages 5-12)
This is our level one basic tumbling class. In this class, children will learn proper stretching, and begining tumbling, moving into level two tumbling. When starting this class children will begin learning forward rolls, cartwheels and roundoffs, as they progress, they will learn backbend kick overs and back handsprings. Before moving on to the next level class, the child must be able to sucessfully complete a roundoff back hand spring.
Intermediate Tumbling (Any Age)
This is our level two and three intermediate tumbling class. When entering with a roundoff back handspring, children will move towards a series with multiple back handsprings. As they continue to progress, they will move into tucks. Before moving on to the next level class, the child must be able to sucessfully complete a roundoff back handspring tuck.
Advanced Tumbling (Any Age)
This is currently our highest level of tumbling class. After entering with a round off back handspring tuck, children will work towards layouts and fulls. This class along with all of our other classes teaches strength, agility, flexibility, dedication and discipline.
Beginning/Intermediate Tumbling (Any Age)
This class is structured off of our beginning tumbling class listed above, but geared towards an older group of children. As with each of our classes, it includes a burn out session at the end to help each child continue to gain strenght and flexibility which will help them reach their individual tumbling goals.
